How do I register for a course?
Register for a course by going to the “Courses” page and click the “START” button on the course you would like to register for. Follow the prompts.
Do I need an account for each child?
No. Materials and courses are meant for the whole family. So one membership can be shared among all the children of the household.
I already made an account. How do I log back in?
Go to your course and click, “Learn More”. Underneath the large green “Register” button, click on, “I already have an Account” and enter the email address that you used to register your account and password.
I know new content was added but I am not seeing it. What do I do?
Make sure you refresh the page and clear cookies that may be storing an older version of CEC Connects.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription you must login to PayPal. Click on the last transaction made to Corvallis Environmental Center under “Activity”. Under the transaction amount you will see a “Status” heading. To the left of that is a cancel button. This will cancel your automatic monthly payments.
